Ni-p.co”.  This website is provided to satisfy the virtual patent marking provisions of various jurisdictions including the virtual patent marking provisions of the America Invents Act.

TRU Zip is proud that its products have been awarded various trademarks in the United States and other countries.  While TRU Zip has provided its product trademark information online, TRU Zip has also chosen to label certain products and packaging with the following virtual marking websites for this purpose: “Tru-Zip.com/ip” and “niteize.com/ip.”  In addition to the mark listed below, each product’s packaging may contain additional trademarks owned, licensed, or used by third parties. Additionally, although individual international registrations are generally not noted on each product’s packaging, TRU Zip also owns trademark registrations in numerous countries worldwide, comprising/rendering international protection for its products.  This page also does not include any trade dress, shape marks, or other related trademarks that TRU Zip may assert as its intellectual property.  However, the distinctive shapes, styles, packaging, configurations and overall appearances of all TRU Zip products are trademarks of Tru Zip, LLC.
